Manufacturing Specialist

As a Manufacturing Operator at our company, you will play a crucial role in the production of components and assemblies for our revolutionary EOS launch vehicle. You will work alongside a team of talented and passionate engineers in a highly practical and experimental environment, where your expertise and attention to detail will be put to the test.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing of components of different subsystems of the EOS launch vehicle
  • Identification and Procurement of raw materials and tools needed for the production of components
  • Provide engineering support for product design and process improvements
  • Analyze and disposition recurring manufacturing discrepancies and work on root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Create and manage manufacturing BOMs, work instructions, and specifications
  • Communicate on a daily basis with supporting engineering design departments to ensure that product is delivered on time to the correct quantities and the right quality

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with 3 and/or 5-axis CNC machines with different materials including but not limited to Aluminium, Copper, Titanium and Steel alloys

Preferred Skills & Experiences:

  • Ability to communicate manufacturing requirements properly to the engineers
  • Experience with other manufacturing techniques including but not limited to 3D printing, sheet metal working is highly preferred
  • Great attitude in the face of extreme challenges
  • Master’s degree in an engineering discipline
  • Experience with CNC machinery (lathe, mill, waterjet, laser cutter, EDM)
  • Experience with CAM programming
  • Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) experience
  • Tooling design experience
  • Design for manufacturability and assembly experience

Salary And Benefits:

For this role, we offer a salary range between €25,000 and €39,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes:
